A visit to Sydney is not complete without a visit to Trio ... enjoy the spectacular views of Bondi Beach and the delicious food here ... it won't disappoint! This is a breakfast and lunch joint, with a gorgeous drinks and cocktail menu too! The coffee is great, and if you like a hot chocolate, it's the best in town - Belgian chocolate pieces melting in warm milk (all kinds of milk!).
If the weather's warm I can't go past the Trio Frappe! Love the Brunch Bruschetta as my fav dish! Great service, quality, consistency and amazing attention to detail are what make Trio a Bondi standout.

Delicious creative dishes, all organic and whole foods, don't let the word vegan put you off - I'm not vegan or even vegetarian always, but this is one of my favourite places to eat in town! Everything is made in her kitchen and made with love and high attention to detail, you won't believe the cakes and sweet things that are all gluten free and refined-sugar free, dairy free, some are nut free, but ALL are flavourFUL and healthFUL! Ethical eating whilst nourishing yourself and treating yourself ... my favourite way to eat. It's high art at Earth To Table!

I really loved an evening I spent here recently ... a beautiful renovation has turned this into a very hip restaurant serving fun and delicious share-plates and beautiful cocktails. Talking about a Latino/Aussie twist here, very tasty and lovely staff. Again, two minutes walk away so it's super convenient to experience this delight. Recommend the Salmon carpaccio, shiso, wild rice, passion fruit ... mmmmm!
I would recommend going early as we did, when were were leaving it was quite busy and noisy and I think we got the best out of the staff, we had a great table almost on the balcony, looking out over open terrace doors into the full mooned night.

I'm not much of a pub person in Sydney ... but it's very popular and always busy, and serves food too ... It has a lovely verandah where people sit outside and sup whilst looking over Fiveways. I will check it out sometime!!

Not more than a five minute walk from mine, this a great place to hang out and meet friends, they have wine on tap?!!! And a nice selection of beers, friendly and helpful staff, I was recently very impressed with the place. Huge windows onto the streets make it a great place for more people watching, with a light and airy feel.
Gorgeous dining room out the back with a menu offering a sort of Asian fusion mix, and attentive service with not unreasonable prices. I love the art on the walls ... that was my excuse for going!
A perfect place to arrange a meet up with friends etc, as it is so close to my place.

Every now and then there's a music gig, and then there's the Polo! It's a beautiful place to have a picnic - a small group or a big one - there are bbq facilities if you're serious about it, and a zillion spots to throw a blanket and bring a basket of goodie or just a good book!
