A definite must see and enjoy while in São Jorge! Simão Dias is the largest natural pool on the island and is the most beautiful of all. Those who visit it will be surprised by the contrast between the black basalt wall and the blue of its water. For those who do not want to venture into the waters of the pool, it is possible to see the Natural Pool and others through a viewpoint at the top of the mountains. The set of pools offers an overview of paradise!

One of our favorite spots is Sete Fontes. We are enchanted by the pathways and the green permeating throughout the park. To be in the deep shade, among tall trees and moss-covered rock-lined trails, feels refreshing. There are also beautiful, tamed deer. It is a memorable experience!
