The food is fantastic. The service is fantastic. The ambiance is fantastic. Anything on the menu is terrific. They are known for their eisbein, schnitzel, and wonderfully cooked fish and seafood items. Just a two minute walk from the house. Prices: $$$$

The breakfast lunch buffets are normally well-cooked, tasty, and plentiful. The food is always freshly prepared with great variety for all diets, including vegetarian choices. They do have an occasional off-day for lunch though. The casino is one of the only places to order real food after 10pm. E180 per person. However, I would not recommend staying at the hotel.

Great music, professional crowd, lively. Security is on point, so no worries about your belongings or unruly people. Pizza is great.

Local secret: The heading says services clinic, but the Prison at Matsapha is the site of the correctional services canteen. Drinks and liquor can be purchased there seven days a week at discount prices. Note: Beer and alcohol can't be purchased at many venues on Sunday, so this place is lively and crowded with locals on Sundays. But it is lively on other days as well.

Magadzavane Lodge is located within Mlawula Nature Reserve about 14km outside Siteki. It is a good hour's drive from the house. The lodge is beautiful, with individual chalets--either self-catering or not. Each chalet has a king bed downstairs and two twin beds in an upstairs loft. Great for spring, fall, and winter reservations as there is no airconditioning.

There is a picnic spot near the falls with spectacular sunsets--don't ask the locals about the picnic spot--they don't know. Wait until you get inside the park to ask directions to the falls via automobile. It's best to have a higher car and/or four wheel drive. Unfortunately, the entrance fee is E100 per person.

The ShopRite Gables is in Ezulwini, not Mbabane as indicated in the heading. It is about 4km from the house. I prefer this store when I go grocery shopping as opposed to the Spar Grocery store at Corner Plaza because the prices and the selection of goods are better.

This is a glass factory which makes beautiful items including tablewear, lamps, light fixtures, and curio pieces. Many items äre made in the "Big Five" animal theme in honor of the many big five animals in the country.
This is a good place for children of all ages to witness the blowing of glass into various shapes. Most glass is recycled. The cafe is quiet and has nice food. The factory is about an hour away from the house, just at the Ngwenya/Oshoek Border gate.
