Awesome local spot with great service and a nice setting. Easily walkable from the Cozy Cottage, Christie's offers breakfast and lunch and a diner type menu. Lots of seating and often crowded by locals, but the line moves pretty quickly. (0.3 miles)

Quirky and "cool" is an understatement. This place has big portions and is only open for breakfast and lunch. Mo brought a real style to Redmond when she opened this place a few years back. Almost always packed on the weekends for breakfast, but worth the wait. It is in a "strip mall" but don't let that fool you. Oh, and free coffee cake with every meal...yum. It is walkable, but I would drive it.

They make really good East Coast style pizza and have a beer selection that is the best in Redmond. They also have a quirky way of ordering that requires everyone to keep a tab. It takes a couple times to learn, which makes it even more "local" and fun.

Yes we have sushi in Redmond. Hard to believe. Also hard to believe that is also pretty excellent sushi. A local favorite for many years, this place is generally crowded and quite walkable from the Cozy Cottage. (0.5 miles away)
