They call the lane way Str 240 1/2 and it is immediately to the east of street 19. Worth the hunt and you'll see some AMAZING street art at the same time.

This small laneway off street 308 has half a dozen small bars which have different themes and signature drinks. Try Meat & Drink for beer and burgers, The Library for daiquiris, Hangar 44 for tough drinks, Cicada for gin, Harry's Bar for martinis and Seibur on the corner of Street 308 itself for other delights. Best part, the bars are all connected and you can sample standouts from some bars, whilst sitting in another. Awesome spot and hidden down a lane way that others miss.

Not cultural and by no means local. But, when it's super hot and you want to escape, you'll find air-conditioned comfort, a cinema, an ice-skating rink, expensive shops, and plenty of locals who might be experiencing their first ever trip to the mall.
