what used to be a gravel pit is now transformed into a gorgeous marine park. Lots of trails and vistas. Tables at the top for lunch time and to watch wildlife. Or walk to the bottom and tour the beach. Look for animal prints: otters, coyotes, racoons and birds all leave their prints. If you come upon wildlife be sure to give animals lots of room for your and their safety.

There are more than nine miles of trails that are used by hikers, equestrians and mountain bikers. The wetlands are popular for bird watching and wildlife photography.
