Sightseeing

This is the best (possibly most tiring) way to get to Coit Tower. The steps take you through backyards and after a lot of vertical climbing you arrive at the top with panoramic views of the City. If you’re lucky you will spot some of the parrots that have made the steps their home.

Lots to do and see here. Great views of San Francisco and access to the Bay Area Children’s Museum. Sausalito can get very crowded but it’s a very cute part of Marin worth visiting. Gateway to Mt. Tam and other Marin County beauties.
