Run owned and operated by the former Mayor of Oakland, this is the best hang out when you want to eat privately or be emersed in the loud bag pipes band playing machine.. Drinks are reasonable, and place is uber welcoming. Open pretty late most nights. And leave the car parked in my driveway if you want to drink becausae you can walk..
