This is not only the closest restaurant to the house (just 300 metres away), it is also one of our current favourites. It is a really friendly, welcoming place with a great terrace and a wonderful menu of local food, often with a slight twist.

Can get busy on weekends, but it's great for a wander. The cantina comunale is worth a visit, and the views from the piazza at the top of town are worth the walk up!

The whole town is about wine... it is worth a wander to check out the wine shops, the museums and to say that you've been there, but aside from that many of the area's other villages have far more to offer.
