Cute little local coffee shop with baked goods. The coffee is delicious, the space is cozy, and there are always wonderful aromas drifting out of the shop when you walk by!

A super cozy cafe and shop, the Black Dog is a great stop for coffee, snacks, a meal, a game of chess, or local shopping. They are very friendly and accommodate gluten-free and vegan diets. A great spot for chilling out with a book or puzzle!

Snoqualmie Falls is gorgeous and made more popular thanks to Twin Peaks. This is a very busy sightseeing spot, so visiting early or late or on a weekday is advised. Tip : Parking is paid on the falls side and free on the opposite side with an elevated foot bridge to cross the road.

Poo Poo Point - funny name? Perhaps. Fun trail? Yes! A busy trailhead (but free parking), check out Poo Poo Point for a medium distance and elevation gain hike that will still give you a workout, and if you are lucky, you'll be treated to paragliders launching from the top lookout point. Visit the Washington Trails Association site (WTA.org) to learn about the two trailheads for Poo Poo Point (and numerous other hikes).

Don't want to drive all the way into Seattle and deal with parking? Drive most of the way, park at this convenient park & ride, then hop a bus for a short ride the rest of the way into the city! Tip: If you are driving an EV and want to charge while you are adventuring, try the Eastgate Park & Ride or Issaquah Park & Ride which have wall chargers (both) and Level 2 chargers (Issaquah only).
