The house comes with a large bedroom, plus 2 Queen sofa beds in the living room & sun room to sleep 6. The spacious apartment with full bath & kitchenette can sleep an additional 6 guests.

It has two nice bedrooms (upstairs), an office with a hide-a-bed couch (downstairs), and a large room that sleeps 2-3 between a queen bed and a single bed (upstairs)

Here you can swim, fish (bass!), paddle, relax by the fire pit or in a hammock or curl up with a good book on the deck or in front of the pretty stone gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen makes life easy with gas stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. First floor bedroom sleeps 2, and the loft has 2 futons plus a work space.

Half a mile from a popular fishing spot, half a mile from a snowmobile club, 1.5 hours from Acadia National Park, 1.5 hours from Millinocket (Mount Katahdin), and >1 hour from Belfast, you can reach much of what vacationers come for in under 2 hours. With nearly 3,000 bulbs, this home is surrounded with beautiful crocuses, tulips, daffodils, lilies, and hyacinths in mid and late spring.

A 30 min drive to downtown Waterville where you can find shopping and dining places for the whole family . Enjoy fishing , swimming and more right outside your door . The house also has a boat launch and dock for your boat if you choose to bring one. We hope you enjoy staying at our home.
