Our newly-renovated beach bungalow steps from the beach offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a comfortable memory foam queen sofa bed in the living room, allowing you to comfortably sleep 6! Safely stroll past 5 houses to the beach, without having to cross the street with your loved ones. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the front or back patio, or take your pick from any of the local quaint eateries or bars within walking distance. Enjoy the day skimboarding, surfing, shelling or sunning with your favorite book. There’s so much to do in St Augustine, the oldest city in the USA: visit the Castillo de San Marcos Fort, the Historic St Augustine lighthouse, our Alligator Farm or stroll down St George St with all the local artisans and eateries; all of this and more within a 10-minute drive! Returning back to our beachside retreat, relax and play games with your guests, watch TV on the three Smart TVs, or take a quick snooze in our comfy beds. If you’d rather stay in and prepare your meals we have a fully appointed kitchen with a beautifully updated eat-in area or enjoy the sectional and dining table in the backyard with the beautiful scenic lighting, surrounded by towering palm trees. Watch the stars in the sky while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying relaxing quiet tropical evenings where you can hear and smell the ocean. Note: Home is a duplex with a long-term tenant upstairs, with whom the backyard patio and other outdoor spaces are shared spaces. You do have the front patio all to yourself though, and driveway parking is reserved for you as well.

Toast Sunsets from the Wraparound Deck at a Coastal Oasis

A wonderful getaway, this property includes two airbnbs. A two story home with a detached guesthouse. These listings can be rented separately or together, if available. This listing is space is about 1,000 sq ft. You will have exclusive access to the second story apartment and wrap around porch. You will have one dedicated parking spot. There is a small backyard area with an outdoor shower that is shared with the other Airbnb. Access to the apartment is via keypad code. Were available if you need anything, but many times we only communicate with our guests through Airbnb! This Crescent Beach retreat is set back a bit from the road just 3 blocks from the ocean and 8 miles from downtown. Uber is the best way to get around without a vehicle. The Crescent Beach house is on A1A, set back a bit from the road. A1A is a moderatly busy two lane highway. However, you access the home from the backyard, which is also where you park, via a short grass road. Uber is the best way to get around if you do not have your own vehicle. This property includes two airbnbs. Each listing has one dedicated parking space in the rear of the property via a short grass backroad. The parking spaces are right next to each other.

Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Winter Hawk Hideout

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is close to downtown, the beaches, and the ampitheatre and just a block off the Matanzas River. In between sightseeing and the beach, take walks along the river or relax on the large serene back porch. Fenced back yard, washer and dryer on premises, a fully outfitted kitchen and a dedicated office makes this a great place to stay a little longer and get to know our town.

You can walk to Publix, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, pier, water taxi, and more. This guest apartment of a 2 story duplex is on the second floor, which has a private entry and parking.

The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!

Come stay at this St. George Historic 1915 Bungalow featured in the well known book, The Houses of St. Augustine. Enjoy being in one of the city’s most pleasant and distinctive neighborhoods. Be reminded of the history that surrounds you as horse carriages stroll by while you enjoy your coffee or wine on the large front porch. The house borders on the lovely Maria Sanchez Lake that inhabits many birds year round.
