C’est une demeure traditionnelle charentaise, entièrement rénovée et confortable. Lieu idéal pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis, dans un cadre calme et reposant. Vous profiterez autant de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur grâce à une grande terrasse (35m2) ombragée par la vigne ainsi qu’un jardin entretenu et entièrement clôturé de plus de 900m2 et sans vis-à-vis.

There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Au calme, dans un hameau près de La Rochefoucauld et à proximité de la RN10, le logement mis à votre disposition est une extension de notre maison. Vous pourrez profiter de la campagne charentaise, car des chemins sont directement accessibles à pied ou à VTT. A voir à proximité : La ville d'Angoulême connue pour le festival de la BD, le circuit des remparts, l'Abbaye de Saint Amant de Boixe... A faire : géocaching avec l'application TerraAventura, parcours de découvertes et d'énigmes insolites

Composée d’une cuisine équipée (four, réfrigérateur congélateur, bouilloire, micro-onde, grille-pain, cafetière (tassimo) ainsi que plusieurs petits électroménagers), table avec rallonge. Salle d’eau. Toilettes. Grand séjour avec canapé convertible. 2 chambres (1 avec lit double, 1 avec lit double + lit simple). Une buanderie. Terrasse sur le grand jardin sans vis à vis. Matériel bébé.

Cabane tout confort au milieu des arbres. Situé à la campagne, dans une zone boisée, la cabane, est à 3 min de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie bio, supermarchés, enseigne de surgelés...) et à 3 min du coeur de ville de Saint-Junien, (marché hebdomadaire le samedi matin, halles couvertes, bars, restaurants, médecins, hôpital...). Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

Ma Jolie Petite Maison

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Logement avec petit extérieur : place de parking, table, barbecue et spa gonflable (en option - 30 euros la 1ere nuit / puis 20 / et dégressif si long séjour).

Grande terrasse en pierre ombragée par un pin parasol. Poêle à bois dans salon. Située en bordure de village avec accès direct aux chemins. Cadre idéal pour les sportifs et/ou les familles voulant profiter de la nature et des animaux : Chevaux, brebis, poules sont présents sur la propriété.
