La maison est au milieu de chênes centenaires, le parc est clôturé pour la sécurité de vos enfants Vous pourrez profiter de sa piscine hors sol de sa terrasse, de son terrain de pétanque de son trampolin. Idéalement bien placé pour la randonnée,et les balades . Nous nous situons à 3 km de l'autoroute A20 dans l'axe Paris Toulouse Nous sommes à 7 km de La Souterraine, comprenant,tous commerces.

Our large property is steeped in tradition initially housing staff for the Chateau and formally then a hotel. Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Châteauponsac dit Perle de la Gartempe est un village fortifié, bâtit sur un éperon rocheux. La maison est une ancienne bergerie surélevée de 2 niveaux jouissant d'un panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée de la Gartempe avec ses jardins en terrasse, son pont dit "romain", le quartier historique du Moustier et l'Eglise Saint Thyrse. Artistes, pêcheurs, randonneurs, passionnés d'histoire et de vieilles pierres nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans notre belle région du Limousin.

Les animaux ne sont pas admis, car nous avons déjà 2 gros chiens sur place, qui sont très gentils avec les humains. Le parc est clôturé et équipé de caméra de surveillance. Charmant gîte pour 2 personnes avec spa

Les gites du vieux verger, gîte 2 personnes situé à la gauche de la ferme, avec un porche et une porte d'entrée individuelle. Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 21 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.

Un jardin de 400 m2 est à disposition avec des arbres fruitiers et un potager... Une grande terrasse en bois se situe au pied de la maison et permet l'accès au jardin.
