House is cozy and relaxing for a weekend away or if you're looking for activities Holiday World (18 Miles), Patoka Lake, French Lick Casino & West Baden Hotel (27 Miles).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin minutes from Patoka Lake entrance, winery, distillery, brewery, and dining! Perfect for family adventures, romantic getaways, ladies' weekends, and hunting trips. The cabin is located in peaceful Grant Woods surrounded by gorgeous Southern Indiana nature. You'll love relaxing in the 6-person hot tub, rocking on the covered front porch, and roasting marshmallows around the backyard fire pit. Cabin is a short drive to French Lick/West Baden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This loft was made from wood sawn and milled on this farm. Enjoy Indiana hardwoods as they surround you in this space. Centrally located, you are not far from Holiday World, Jasper, Lincoln City, Patoka Lake and Historic Huntingburg. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The living area has two twin beds, TV, WiFi and Kitchen. This space is perfect for singles, couples, or small families. Most love the spiral staircase and large deck.

The back yard is fenced with a deck, patio table and glider. This property is located a few blocks from the Owensboro Convention Center, Bluegrass museum, and multiple downtown restaurants. This property adjoins English park. Excellent rental for a weekend of downtown adventures or just enjoying the river view.

Aloft is located on the edge of the Hoosier National Forest, minutes from hiking trails and Ski Paoli Peaks. Located about 20 minutes from French Lick Resort and Casino, Patoka Lake, Marengo Cave and Cave Country Canoes. You’ll love the loft because of the country setting, nestled in the trees. The loft is very comfortable and offers peace and quite with a contemporary, calming atmosphere. The loft is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Welcome to the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. Your escape from the day to day grind awaits. Our cabin was built in the 1800's and reassembled (with modern conveniences) in 1996. Ideal for the hunter, hiker, boater or fisherman. Thousands of acres of Hoosier National Forest, the Ohio River and it's tributaries all provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience. Or you can just sit next to the fire, enjoy the night sky and relax! Either way... Welcome to Derby.

Eagle Pines Cabin (Eagle Adventures LLC)

Relax w/us at our beautiful, comfortable, and private Eagle Pines Cabin. We are 12 miles from Holiday World. The Cabin has its own private hot tub and also includes a private fire pit and we supply the firewood. Cabin is stocked with everything you’ll need. Hosts are on site, but out of sight. Our other rentals are Eagles Nest (3BR option) and Eagles Nest Plus (4BR option). Starting with the 2026 season check out will be at 10 am ON SUNDAYS ONLY, 11AM all other days.

The Cozy Cottage

Join us for a relaxing stay at the Cozy Cottage! Inside you will find everything you need to make for a cozy stay whether you’re with us for short weekend or a month. Outside you will find plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the view of the Ohio River just 2 blocks away. The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown Owensboro and popular attractions such as the Convention Center, Bluegrass Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Jack C. Fisher Park.

Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.

Lily's Pad - Rustic cabin on the creek.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy 2 bedroom cabin sits on stilts and boasts a 3 story deck with a hot tub. The cabin is nestled on 3 acres surrounded by towering black walnut trees and a creek you can fish and swim in. There are lots of outdoors opportunities nearby. When you stay at this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to everything. The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit. The sofa has one pullout bed. The master suite has one queen bed. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, plates, utensils, and washer and dryer. No more than two pets. Pets must be under 30 pounds each.
