Bozion Barn - Views & Camel trail to Padstow

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. The sandy north-coast surfing beaches, Port Issac, Tintagel, Eden project an easy drive away. A tranquil retreat awaits on return.

The Stables at Boconnion

Beautifully renovated in 2024 by renowned designer Adam Knight in a modern romantic style, The Stables accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 en-suite rooms. Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath & in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden & have dinner under the stars. Butterchurn is located on our working farm, not far from beautiful beaches Rock, Daymer and Polzeath. Butterchurn is a fully equipped cottage, open plan living downstairs with 1 bedroom that has a double and single bed also a cot available, perfect for couples, friends and young families, a shower en-suite upstairs and a walk in wet room downstairs. Open plan kitchen/living has French doors opening onto a private garden and patio, with uninterrupted countryside views provides peace and quiet.
