The Barn

Boutique Barn in quiet rural location, separate to main house, with off-street parking and own entrance. Very comfortable accommodation with living/dining room, separate kitchen with combination microwave oven and a ceramic hob for preparing simple meals and coffee machine. Situated in excellent location surrounded by National Trust land with its excellent country walks. Local pubs for all-day dining within easy distance. Easy access to Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline train station.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Small kitchenette with basic cooking facilities Ensuite shower room with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Close to local amenities. Just a 5-minute drive to Gatwick Airport . A 5-minute walk to the Bus Stop for travel to both terminals at Gatwick Airport, Horley Town Centre, and Horley train station for trains into London.

Check-in anytime after 3pm. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

New 1 bed studio flat located in a peaceful area where you can spend a relaxing time before or after your journey. We provide smart TV (Netflix), free superfast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle. We provide a double sofa bed which can be converted in to a double bed on request. Check-in: self check in with the lockbox located next to the front door. Check-out: self check out. Rural chill out retreat, accessible to London

Secluded cozy cabin made of Scandinavian timber in a semi-rural area at the end of a long tree/shrub lined garden. Four poster bed, en suite shower, kitchenette area with basic facilities (microwave, fridge, mini oven). Iron/ironing board, wardrobe, drawers, laptop table, electric heating, fan. Good wi-fi. Decking area. BBQ equipment.

Garden Pavilion

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being a short taxi and train journey away. You could even walk there from the house (about 30 minutes). Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance.

Country cabin in Domewood Private Estate

Situated close to Effingham Park, the cabin is in a private residence on a private residential estate surrounded by woodland. This detached, self contained Annexe is a stand alone cabin adjacent to our Cottage. There is a secure private entrance & ample parking. There are local Pubs/restaurants and other amenities nearby.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil self contained hideaway. Make yourself at home and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, whilst only being a stones throw away from London Gatwick airport. We offer park and fly at an extra charge of £7 per day, please message me to check availability and book this in.
