The beach is just a 3 minute walk away & the chic harbour area just a 10 minute stroll. Included all bed linen, bath & beach towels to help you when packing! Welcome to Finca Botanica! This modern home, completed in 2024, is set on a 3200m² plot in Villaverde, surrounded by a unique botanical garden. The garden features a diverse collection of cacti, succulents, and other drought-tolerant plants native to the Canary Islands. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you stroll through the garden or relax on the large terrace with a heated pool. The house combines comfort and sustainability, with solar power and water recycling systems for eco-friendly living
