The renovation was done to keep the original cozy feel while adding new amenities. The sandy beach makes this rustic home the perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet, disconnect from the world. Enjoy a good nights sleep in one of the 3 brand new queen beds. This is a cozy cottage getaway steps away from Vineyard Lake! This clean and quaint cottage has so much character and gives you a fun and peaceful feel. In addition to being able to Look down the street and view the lake, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the downtown of Brooklyn which has taverns, creameries, the cutest shops, and restaurants. The country concert Faster Horses and Michigan International Speedway are minutes away as well. Check out the nearby wineries and trails.

A perfect get a way for a couple or group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 2 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Caroline Cottage

Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available and more can be rented nearby.

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.
