Welcome to our stable conversion, we are situated in Saltfleetby, Lincolnshire. We offer self catering with two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The property only sleeps 4 people and this includes infants. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel radiator. There is central heating throughout. Please ensure that you read all the house rules. EV CHARGING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

With open views of the Wolds, guests can enjoy a private garden and patio with access to a wider paddock containing a large wildlife pond, orchard and seasonal bulbs flowering throughout the year. An ideal base for walking, cycling and exploring the Wolds, coast, Cadwell Park and local food scene.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
