PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.
