The upper-level studio apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Daly City, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It’s a few minutes’ drive to Bart Station and Fort Funston Beach, and 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Uber, Bart You are renting the upper section of the house, the lower unit belongs to other Airbnb guests. Although I have done extensive upgrades on sound proofing between the two units, loud noise or heavy footsteps can still transfer and disturb guests from downstairs. Guests have access to a private large home with fully remodeled new kitchen and new bathroom. The home has its own private entrance with key pad for easy self-check in. Washer and dryer in unit. The owner lives on the property next door and will be available by text and phone to help with any questions. The house is a short walk from the historic Grand Lake Theater and some of Oakland's best restaurants. Lake Merritt and the Morcom Rose Garden are also nearby. Walk to great shops and eateries on Grand Avenue, one of Oakland's best commercial strips. The home is walking distance to Lake Merritt and all the great shops and restaurants on Grand Avenue - one of Oakland's best commercial strips. 19th Street BART stations is a quick bus ride (10 - 15 minutes on the 21, which leaves less than a block from the house) or a Lyft or Uber ride away. The unit also has a gated private front yard with a deck.

Fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. Private yard to enjoy and relax. Detached cottage, with private, well lit entry. A coded deadbolt lock allows safe entry into cottage. Enjoy a private patio that is also available for guests. We will be giving our guests privacy, but are available by phone or text if you have questions. Willow Glen is the South Bay’s hottest area within San Jose and the Silicon Valley.
