(Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.
