Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! (Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

This roomy little Cottage is located in the heart of Evergreen, TX. The cottage feels like home away from home with a quiet cozy charm. It's great for long or short term stays. It's totally furnished with full size appliances including large washer and dryer. kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and Copper Chef pots and pans. The Cottage is located near lots of National Forest hiking entrances and only 25 minutes to the large city of Conroe for great food and shopping. come visit

Cabin is on a lakefront and the view is amazing! Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. There will be free use of boats and fishing equipment. Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.
