This is a condo equipped with basic furniture. One closet in each room, shoe cabinet, sofa, dining table, beds, refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker, and kitchen utensils. It's one of the reasons why price is cheaper than most two bedrooms with two bathrooms in Makati. NOTE: Guests are required to provide a copy of their valid ID. Strictly no visitors allowed. Also, guests can have access to swimming pools, but it should be booked in advance with a fee of 230 PHP per person. Thanks.

Makati Condo with Huge Pool

There are many AirBnB units in this condo due to its central location and convenience of the mall and restaurants on the first two floors, but, you’ve just found the best unit! I’m a Canadian who has lived here for 15 years and I personally picked everything in this unit to be comfortable enough for me to stay in it. From the brand new carrier air conditioner (which is professionally cleaned every two months) to the wood flooring I replaced the loud / cold tile with. You’ll feel at home!
