Szeged’s charming city center is just a short walk across the bridge. Thanks to the excellent location, all major attractions are within a few minutes’ walk. Lapos Beach and the Partfürdő swimming area are only 200 meters away, while Napfényfürdő Aquapolis and Újszeged Liget Park are right nearby.

The Flat is 60qm, first floor and has 2 fully furnished rooms bedroom and living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toalet room and wardrobe. Air conditioner can be controlled by phone. Parking: in front of the house.

Newly renovated apartment is in a more than 100 years old building in the downtown of Szeged, 500 m from Dom square. There are only 5 stairs and you reach the flat, which is bright, quite, and perfect place for relax. Across the street you can find coffeeshop and a small restaurant of pizza, hamburger. Hospital buildings are close. You can park on the street or you can choose a private parking opportunety for 1 car in a closed inner courtyard for 1000 Ft (3EUR) per night.

Az apartman Szeged szívében található, pár perces sétára a város népszerű látványosságaitól. Autóra nem lesz szükséged, hiszen rövid sétával számos étterem, cukrászda, bár, kávézó, élelmiszerbolt és híres nevezetesség elérhető. Egy légtérben található a hálószoba és a konyha amelyhez egy saját fürdőszoba tartozik tusolóval.

A lakás a belváros központjában helyezkedik el. Autóra nem lesz szükséged, hiszen rövid sétával szinte minden nevezetesség, étterem, cukrászda és szórakozóhely gyalogosan elérhető. Az egyik irányba a belváros sétálóutcája, a Kárász utca 150 méterre, míg a másik irányba ugyanilyen távolságra a Tisza partját érheted el. A híres Dóm tér sincs messze, ahol a Szegedi Szabadtéri Játékokat rendezik, mindössze 200 méteres séta választ el tőle.

Ceo objekat je namešten u autentičnom stilu seoskog ambijenta. Dve terase za odmor i druženje i veliko dvorište. Ima mogućnost za smeštaj kućnih ljubimaca. Banja Kanjiža je na udaljenosti od 7 km. Nema stalnu posadu, samo po potrebi. Doručak nije u ponudi.
