Sleeps 4 in two king beds: one on the ground floor and the second in a mezzanine. Ideal for a couple or small family who love the beach and/or walking. Own entrance, free street parking in cul de sac, 50 metres from the front door. 4miles from Bournemouth; 2 from Christchurch; 1 from Hengistbury Head. No pets. No under 5s.

Modern chalet in Sylvan style setting. Large wooded garden backs on to bridle way River walks and Stour Valley nature reserve only 1 minute walk away. Lots of wildlife including deer and the resident tawny owl. Under 10 minutes drive to 7 miles of golden Sandy beaches. 10 minute drive to New Forest. Lots of local bars and restaurants all walking distance away. Table tennis table, wood fired pizza oven and gas BBQ! Tree house for the children to use! Big rope swing at the bottom of the garden 😀

Holiday Home in Poole

Our holiday home is situated on the lovely Rockley Park in Poole, Dorset. Great for families or anyone looking for a relaxing break away. The caravan is less than a 5 minute walk from the amenities, which include a number of restaurants, a pool with waterslides, rock climbing and other activities for the kids. The park has its own private beach along with water sports and sun loungers and is great in the summer. Play passes can be purchased at reception or online 4 weeks before check-in.

Our beautifully designed beach-themed three-bedroom caravan is situated in a peaceful part of the park, about a five-minute walk from the main entertainment complex. Our little home has a real tranquil feel to it especially on a summers day when you can open up the doors from the living room to the spacious decking area, for that morning coffee, afternoon beer or evening wine. Seascape is a bright, airy lodge down its own drive at the edge of Swanage Bay View. Adjoining Townsend Nature Reserve it enjoys utter tranquillity and spectacular views over the bay, as seen on 'A Place in the Sun'. With its tasteful modern furnishings, central heating and double glazing, Seascape is cosy in winter, while outside, the large deck offers a panoramic view all the way to Corfe Castle. In addition, guests enjoy the amenities of SBV - all within a 15 min walk of the seafront!

Happy Daze

Our Garden Chalet is situated in a lovely south facing garden setting in a nice area. It comprises of one comfortable double bed and has its own private shower room with toilet outside ,adjacent to the chalet. We provide a breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities, TV and Wifi. Parking is outside the house on road. Christchurch Rail Station is a 5min walk and it takes only 10 mins to walk to the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and beautiful river walks.

The Potting Shed Sopley

The Potting Shed is a unique detached cottage on the edge of the New Forest and South Coast. It sleeps two people and has a well-planned principal room incorporating kitchen/dining and living area with a log burner. Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. Guests will have the place to themselves.

Sea Shore Lodge, Mudeford

The lodge features a large spacious living area with sliding patio doors onto a outside terrace complete with table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes,. There is also a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes .The lodge has two bathrooms, one en-suite, a superb fully fitted kitchen with oven, 5 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and American style fridge.

A charming cottage set in a rural location

A charming cottage set in a rural location, nestled between Bournemouth and the New Forest. There is a large free car park on site and bicycle lock up. We are in green belt countryside with forest and Avon Heath Country Park & Moors Valley Country park close by (my favourite is Moors Valley). The road is a cul de sac and quiet, we have rabbits, dog called 'Poppy' and free roaming chickens.
