Our suite is light, clean and private. Your personal entrance through ground level french doors looks onto a private patio. Due to CA drought we no longer offer baths, just shower. We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. Charming backyard cottage, quiet and private

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.
