Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

This beautifully furnished, waterfront, 2 bedroom suite is perfect for people seeking to unwind at a Cape Cod getaway, close to Cape Cod canal and boardwalk and within the historic township of Sandwich, with ocean beaches near by. It has a wrap-around deck overseeing the lake, with access from every room on the lower deck and separate entrance. Each room has spectacular views of the lake and evening sunsets. Our private beach is a few steps away and is available for your enjoyment.

This is your vineyard home, where you can walk or ride a bike less than a mile to the beach or two into town. Get the glamping experience with kitchenette, A/C, an outdoor shower, a composting toilet, a queen bed in the loft and futon couch that can sleep two more in the living room. Enjoy outdoor games, outdoor seating, a Weber grill for bbq, tv, WiFi, cozy indoor space and more, right on the bike path with a bus stop for easy accessibility or free car parking. Located in Cape Cod's oldest town, it is only a short ride to Sandy Neck, Town Neck, shops, restaurants & Tree House Brewery.
