Sandy River Sanctuary and Sauna

Treat yourself to the lower suite of our Sandy River home located just 2 miles from downtown Troutdale, OR. Our suite includes a sauna and an indoor soaking tub (not jetted.) We live above the suite and we have a toddler who is in daycare during the work hours and typically sleeps from 7pm to 7 am. There is a locked, sound absorbing accordian door. Yet, you may still be able to hear us from time to time. We are located on a scenic hwy minutes away from Edgefield and the Columbia River Gorge.

Welcome, 1981 farmhouse, top of Prune Hill neighborhood. Fully renovated modern farmhouse on 1acre, surrounded by trees. Heated, pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor deck, patio and dining. Large yard, garden, blueberry orchard. LUXURY mattresses and bedding for optimal sleep. By far the most unique property on the hill and guaranteed to be a serene retreat and entertain all guests. Centrally located with quick access to downtown, local dining, Columbia river beaches, most amazing CR gorge & airport.

You have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below the hot tub & patio. Level 2 EV charging station. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker & fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile and Hood River is 2 miles, across the river.
