This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura. Enjoy ocean views and sunsets, beautiful, bright light, and a clean, minimal space somewhere between boho and mid-mod. Our hope is that you'll feel cozy and right at home.

Set in the picturesque West Beach area, you’ll be just moments from the ocean, Stearns Wharf, the harbor, and incredible dining and boutiques in downtown Santa Barbara. Spend your days basking in the sun, visiting local art galleries and wineries, and exploring the Funk Zone. Please keep in mind this studio is for 1 guest only and is located on the 2nd floor (Walk-up).

The apartment covers 630 square feet (60 square meters).

NO DOGS. Enjoy ocean views from every room in this one-bedroom apartment with a loft. You can comfortably sleep 5–there’s a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen bed that can be curtained off in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft space above. Park in your own spot and walk 0.6 miles to Leadbetter beach or enjoy all of the restaurants at the harbor. Watch the sunset from the private patio while sipping a glass of Santa Barbara Syrah.

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Studio near east beach making it easy to walk over and have yourself a beach day. If your looking to hit the downtown area then you could walk the beach there, would take about 30 minutes or a few minute drive. Zoo nearby, east beach volley ball courts nearby!
