Also, it gives an excellent location for mountain biking and hiking at the Natonal Dry Forest, Las Pardas, Pitufos, and many others. Also, you can paddle board from our dock and see the nature of our Ensenada bay.

Kick back and relax at our calm beach theme place. Our apartment has amazing beaches close by, Playa Santa being about a two min walk, and Playa La Jungla being about a 3 min car ride. The local dining scene is outstanding, with El Badén being a short walk away. Island Scuba is about one min walk for those who enjoy scuba diving. El Bosque Estatal de Guánica (the Dry Forest) for our hikers is about a 20 min car ride.

The house fits a maximum of 5 adults, 13 years old and older; and 3 children, 12 years old and younger. Original, well-maintained; rustic, but modern private space in La Parguera. Family owned for more than 50 years. The house sits right on top of the water and it is surrounded by nature. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. Walking distance from town and restaurants.
