The large farmhouse is designed to elevate a gathering, bringing people together for large family meals and backyard entertainment, and replete with farm-life experiences. Gather ingredients from the farm-stand out front, watch the family farm in action as we garden and tend to the livestock, and enjoy the abundance of wild animals including deer, turkeys, and quail. The space is thoughtfully curated with old barnwood beams, abundant space to rest, and amenities to entertain the whole family.

Patio furniture wiith covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am.
