The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

Ο χώρος μας είναι ένα καινούριο διαμέρισμα νεόδμητης διπλοκατοικίας. Έχει χτιστεί με τα υψηλότερα στάνταρς ασφαλείας έτσι ώστε να σας παρέχει μια ασφαλέστατη και πολυτελή διαμονή. Βρίσκεται στο Νυδρί κοντά στον περιφερειακό δρόμο Λευκάδας Βασιλικής κάνοντας έτσι την πρόσβασή σας πάρα πολύ εύκολη και ξεκούραστη. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο του Νυδριού είναι 300 μέτρα και της θάλασσας είναι μόλις 800 μέτρα έτσι ώστε να μπορείτε να μετακινήστε ξεκούραστα με τα πόδια χωρίς προβλήματα.
