Composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura, smart tv e divano, al piano superiore si trovano camera con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e ripostiglio. L'alloggio è dotato di uno spazio esterno recintato con bellissimo angolo per mangiare all'aperto. Nei mesi estivi è possibile usufruire della piscina situata di fronte all'appartamento (l'uso non è esclusivo ma in condivisione con i proprietari della struttura).
