Le Palme - Private oasis

Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. The site offers complete privacy and is equipped for all seasons.

Our house is located in the countryside and it's very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara). It is spacious and cool in the summer, with two terraces (one West and one East) and a cool veranda (porch) attached to one side of the house, where you can rest and eat in the warm season. You'll love awakenings and relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a big flowering garden with a little pinewood, palms and oleanders. All the windows are provided with mosquito nets.

La casa era originariamente un Mulino ad acqua costruito agli inizi del 1800. E' stato ristrutturato di recente e presenta nel piano terra una cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con un ampia vetrata che guarda sul giardino, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Nel soppalco è presente la seconda camera da letto. “Il Mulino” si trova a soli 12 Km da Sassari e nelle vicinanze si trovano le più belle località turistiche del Nord Sardegna
