This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in this 3/br, 1/ba house. We're close to shopping & restaurants but nestled away. St. Simons & Jekyll are 20 min away. Bring your boats & launch them at Blythe Island Regional Park, about 5 mi away, or at Blythe Island Beach Drive Park, 1.7 mi away. There's a sidewalk down Blythe Island Drive, making it only a short 30-min walk to play at the park, launch your boat, or fish off the pier. FLETC is 9.4 miles, approximately 17 minutes away.

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard!
