Spacious, Self Contained Annexe with Parking

Welcome to The Annexe at Estover Way - cosy and self contained, located just off J6 of the M40, and only a short commuting distance to Oxford, Aylesbury and High Wycombe. Surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom annexe, large open plan kitchen, adjoining the living/dining area. The upstairs area offers a double bed and separate bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC. Outside there is use of a small shared garden and driveway parking for one car.
