Springtide Suite

Springtide Suite is a spacious apartment (1,100sq ft!) that occupies the ground floor of our home located just outside city limits, 17 miles from Tybee and 15-20 minutes from the downtown Historic District. It sleeps six with 1 official bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 other twin beds and a bunk bed are located in more open common area. Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), large bathroom ( shower only) including laundry room. 3 car parking area directly in front of the Airbnb!

There is covered parking at the back and a beautiful live oak tree in the front.

The Starlander suites are within a 1920s townhouse that's part home (mine), part guest house, part art gallery, and a little bit library (I have a few books). I've travelled to over 70 countries, and my favorite stays were not in hotels, but in small guest houses and hostels with private rooms available. This vacation studio was a labor of love -- I wanted to create a truly unique, comfy, open space, with a cool, eclectic vibe. We built a new bathroom and private entrance, with ceilings bumped up to the roof. We more recently added a small deck outside the guests' door, and created a funky garden/sitting area as well.
