My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

This cozy bungalow features 180-degree views of the entire valley! The renovated cabin is situated on 34-acres, featuring hiking trails, magnificent views, and an abundance of wildlife and nature. The property is off of a private drive, making it the perfect place for a couple or small family to escape the hassles of life. The property also features an outdoor picnic area and firepit. Approximately 15-minutes from Naples (Canandaigua Lake) and 20-minutes from Hammondsport (Keuka Lake).

Suite Dreams

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, air mattress and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.

Consider staying at a barn for a unique experience. New babies born March 25, 24. Visit with the goats morning and night or visit them in the field. Watch them out the window in the morning or take your coffee outside on the deck. Living in the barn with all the conveniences of home. Full Amish kitchen with all appliances. There have been professional photos done by the Airbnb photographer, and they are finally here! This is the 2nd Hammy on a Rye right next door to the original Hammy on a Rye started almost 4 yrs ago. This is similar in size and layout as the other home. It has two king-size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, laundry, and central air. There is also plenty of off-street parking available. We are putting together the gas firepit and seating now
