Expérience the quality of life in the Loire Valley. Only 10 minutes north of the city of Tours this historic property nestles in the middle of a site of 15 ha. It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. La Moire, vous accueille toute l'année dans une propriété exclusive que ce soit au bord de la piscine ou au coin du feu, au calme total. Elle est très bien située, à Bréhémont, village en bord de Loire , 9 km d'Azay-le-Rideau , Villandry et Langeais (7km) et des magnifiques chateaux de la Loire. La maison se compose de 4 ch pour 8 pers, WIFI, parking privé, piscine hors sol chauffée de Mai à Octobre selon météo et températures nocturnes. Non adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Nous sommes situés au calme dans une impasse. La dépendance où se trouve le studio dispose d'une très grande cour où vous pourrez facilement stationner. Il est possible de ranger vos vélos dans un local fermé. Nous pouvons prêter nos vélos sous réserve de disponibilité. Nous sommes tout près du parcours de la Loire à Vélo le long du Cher. Tous les commerces dans notre village ( 2 boulangeries, épicerie, boucher, charcutier, pharmacie, buraliste, café...) ainsi qu'un marché le samedi matin.

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
