Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino. L’appartamento è adatto a coppie, famiglie anche con bambini e gruppi di amici

A Scario, nel verde di ulivi secolari, a 10 minuti a piedi ( 400 metri) dal lungomare, vi è il trilocale di 60 mq con travi a vista. È al piano terra di una casa d’epoca ristrutturata di due piani. Composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura, divano letto matrimoniale, divano singolo con letto estraibile, camera matrimoniale, camera singola, bagno con box doccia. Dotato di zanzariere. Nei pressi della casa vi è un’area a verde per parcheggiare l’auto.
