Situated at the ground floor of a corner row house, the flat appears bright and welcoming, placing particular emphasis on a contemporary interior and selected pieces of art and design. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
