Das nette, saubere Apartment mit Parkplatz befindet sich im Ortskern des kleinen Marktes Lembach im Mühlkreis. Kaufhäuser, Bäcker, Gastwirtschaften, … und Arzt sind leicht erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie eine Wohnküche. Es kann auch die Couch zu einem Schlafplatz ausgebaut werden.

The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
