1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.

It is remote and high up in the mountains, yet a short drive from civilization. Plus, if you're traveling along Highway 6, it is only a stone's throw away! You can drive to the yurt in non winter months, otherwise, the hike in is ~1.9 miles.
