The Surfer’s Shack is a unique tiny space created from an upcycled shipping container. The decor is inspired by the local Causeway coastline. Set on a working farm, this tiny house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway and accommodates families including those of the four-legged variety. Twin bedroom with sofa bed on ground level, then steps up to mezzanine with king size bed. With fantastic views of the Campsie, Fintry and Trossach hills, this cabin provides a welcome escape to the countryside. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the cabin or take a short trip into the nearby villages to enjoy scenic walks, and lovely pub food.

Having travelled extensively in a previous life and taken great pleasure in meeting people from all walks, I have specifically tried to make this wee cabin as comfortable as possible with the things that matter the most when you are travelling, a fabulous shower, an ultra comfortable bed and a lovely big TV, all the rest is a bonus and aimed at making your stay as stress free as possible. Anything I haven't provided, you only have to ask and it will get done if it's possible. See you soon.

The Shipping Container, Springwell

An ‘Amazing Spaces’ inspired shipping container conversion, set in a peaceful secluded wildlife friendly garden, at the foot of the Pennine hills. The container is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Talkin village which has a friendly pub serving food. A woodburning stove (logs supplied) ensures the container stays cosy in all weathers. It makes an excellent base to explore Hadrian's Wall, the North Lakes and the Eden Valley.. or a perfect stop off point on your way to or from Scotland.

The Fox Den is situated on our family farm in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Using recycled shipping containers that used to store our sheep feed during the winters we have renovated them to create a beautiful country retreat.
