Watch the waves roll in, the sun set, the birds fly by, and occasionally whales and sea lions from our comfy home. Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

One mile from downtown area with coffee shop, bakeries, brewery and restaurants. No Pet Fees, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy!
