Watching the treetops or clouds pass in the skylights relaxes everyone. Walking distance to coffee, lunch, and dinner. Or make drip coffee in your floating canopy - a space sure to bring about conversation and intimacy. Only a 5 minute walk to the Space Needle, 15 minute walk to the Public Market, and a less than 10 minute walk to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Nearby are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and a divine French bakery. A large balcony provides wonderful refuge from the city. The rooftop deck, with barbecues, Adirondack chairs, and picnic tables, has an incredible, unobstructed view of the Space Needle and surrounding Seattle.

I love historical buildings with character. You can hang your hat here for a day or a month in comfort: a restful queen bed, a kitchen equipped for cooking, a desk to plan or work. It's steps from public transportation, top restaurants, Seattle U and Swedish Hospital, and a short pleasant walk to Capitol Hill's Pike/Pine district. Street parking is readily available. Downstairs, drop in at Peloton Cafe for quality food & beer. Ba Bar, everyone's favorite for Vietnamese, is always buzzing.

My apartment is in the heart of Seattle's Downtown, with easy access to everything. It is an example of the classic Belltown all-brick walkup apartments that are a part of Seattle's history. While nothing new and fancy, "Its design and integrity have been recognized in several historic resource surveys and it has been determined eligible for listing in the National Register" (per seattle dot gov) Being on a main street means you may hear some occasional noise.

Enjoy the eclectic neighborhood of Fremont in Seattle while staying in my private guest suite! This space has all you need to recharge and relax. Please note: there is no full kitchen, just a kitchenette (microwave, minifridge, tea kettle, plates/silverware). To those sensitive to noise: this is a mother-in-law unit of a home (others live in the building) and it is a busy area of Seattle- you can expect to hear traffic, construction, and pedestrians.
