The unit has a full kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. Private parking right out front. Quiet neighborhood, but close to Downtown, Beaches, SeaWorld and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Walk to local restaurants, bars, Eppig brewery, bay side trails, grocery store, & sports fishing. No dogs due to host health issues.

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi . Cable HDTV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

This is the perfect Boho Bay Getaway! 2 blocks from the bay, 7 blocks from the beach, less than a mile from shops and dining, close to downtown San Diego - here you'll enjoy location and luxury all in one place. Take advantage of the sunny weather with beach towels provided, complimentary coffee to take to the bay in the morning then come back to some breakfast snacks or walk to a local breakfast spot! In a complex with multiple other units - quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.

This safe space is located upstairs above my home. There is a separate private entrance, a queen bed. Feminine, flowery, funky, victorian decor.
