The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Kære gæster. Velkommen til sommerhuset fra 2021, der opfylder alle behov for en skøn ferie året rundt med ro, skønhed, natur, sandstrand, gåture og sol. Huset er beliggende i et bakket istidslandskab i 40 meters højde på en smukt beplantet og solbeskinnet grund, hvor rådyrene besøger grunden tidlig morgen, og når solen går ned i Sejerøbugten, og fuglekvidderen forstummer, når mørket falder på. Fra grunden kan man skimte havet, og der er en kort gåtur til den fantastiske stenfri sandstrand.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
