At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. Casita de campo situada en una soleada ladera del Valle de Sóller. Tradicional casa mallorquina a unos 2 Km del centro de Sóller. La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Charming artist patio house- Can Tòfol de Pina

Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Son Real d'Alt. Mansión con excelentes vistas

Son Real d'Alt es una mansión "antigua possessió mallorquina" que se remonta al siglo XV dedicada a la agricultura, rehabilitada en 2015 (respetando sus raíces y vistiéndola de modernidad) para poder dedicarla al alquiler vacacional, en ella se puede disfrutar de la auténtica Mallorca rural. Ideal for families or close friends. Upstairs: Open double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and view over the living room, plus an additional bedroom with two single beds. Both share the same bathroom. Downstairs: Two double bedrooms with shared access and one shared bathroom (see floor plan).

All attractive destinations such as the sea, mountains and Palma are reachable in only about 30 minutes.

Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
